On successful processing of your subscription, a new account is automatically created for you. A number of files are added to your account to facilitate the generation of your family tree. You should not move or alter the files unless it is documented as safe to do so on this page.
When Genealogy Pro creates your web files, it saves all files in a local directory named 'website_web', where website is the name of your web site. If a low resolution image is created, it is called "chartname_lowres.jpg". The third file is the html page called "chartname.html" which contains a map that maps an area of the image to a link for each person in the chart. You can if desired, edit the images (.jpg files) in an editor to add effects such as backgrounds, etc. However, you must ensure that the physical size of the file is not changed, or the clickable links in the chart will not work.
